True religion
There are countless religions in the world, but some seem to be more legitimate than others, or atleast have that stigma. Why is it that some seem to be fake or aren't thought of as highly? I couldn't help but think of this while reading a book about Scientology that I'll be doing my final project on. Scientology seems like complete BS to a lot of people, why is that?

With Scientology, I don't think it was purely the religion that made it seem illegitimate. It's what celebrities have done to it. When I think of Scientology, I think of Tom Cruise. I think of the time when he said if somebody was hurt, he knew that as a scientoligist, he would be the only one that could help the person. I don't know much about the religion, so I can't judge it, but I always think of the people who promote it.
